 Whats your warranty on standard spare parts?

You can see our complete Warranty & Return Policy by clicking here, but here is a general summary:

  • 1. 12 month warranty covers only manufacturer defects/workmanship, and does not include cracks or incidental damages.
  • 2. We do not accept returns with technician damage
  • 3. Parts must be purchased from Mobile Fix NYC
  • 4. If the part is broken in transit, we allow 3 business days to return.  RMA must be made by then.
  • 5. Upon return, parts are to be sent back in "like-new" condition (as feasible).

We offer this FAQ as a reference, but all policies will be adhered according to our Warranty Policy.
